सुप्रीम कोर्ट में लॉ डे मनाया गया

जिसमें चीफ गेस्ट होनरेबल चीफ जस्टिस डॉ डी वाई चन्दरचूड़ जी , होनरेबल अर्जुनराम मेघवाल जी स्टेट मिनिस्टर लॉ एंड जस्टिस रहे ।

 

इस कार्यक्रम में ऐसे वकीलों को सम्मानित किया गया जिन्होंने बार में अपने पचास साल पूरे कर लिये है ।

उन वकीलों को भी सम्मानित किया गया जिन्होंने क़ानून से रिलेटेड किताब लिखी है । 

क्योकि इस दिन सुप्रीम कोर्ट के प्रेसिडेंट डॉ आदीश अग्रवाला जी का जन्मदिन के अवसर पर माननीय क़ानून मंत्री श्री मेघवाल जी ने वकीलों के पक्ष में कुछ घोषणाएँ कर डाली ।

मेघवाल जी ने अपने भाषण ने स्पष्ट कहा कि आज आदीश अग्रवाला जी के जन्मदिन के अवसर पर मैं ये उपहार स्वरूप भेट करता हूँ कि 

पहला वकीलों के इंसोरेंश की समस्या आ रही है वो हम कम्पनियो एवं अदीश अग्रवाला जी के

साथ बैठकर बात करेंगे और पैसे की जो कमी होगी वो सरकार देगी 

दूसरा चैम्बर की समस्या के लिए भी सरकार पैसा देगी ।

 सुप्रीम बार के प्रेसिडेंट आदीश अग्रवाला जी की मेहनत रंग लाई ।

आदीश अक़्रवाला जी पहले बार के ऐसे प्रेसिडेंट है जिन्होंने bar की इतनी चिंता की ।जो हमेशा वकीलों के हित के लिए हमेशा तत्पर रहते है ।

 समाजसेविका एवम् सुप्रीम कोर्ट की अधिवक्ता संगीता तलवार जी जो की अदीश अग्रवाला जी की एसोसियेट है

वो लगातार उनके कार्य देखती है उन्होंने बताया कि डॉ अदीश अग्रवाला जैसे प्रधान बड़ी क़िस्मत से मिलते हैं वो दिन रात वकीलों का हिट कैसे हो इसी सोच में लगे रहते है ।

 संगीता तलवार बताती है कि डॉ आदेश अग्रवाला जी अपना खाना भी कई बार दिन में नहीं खा पाते है

वो हमेशा लोगो से घिरे रहते है और उनकी समस्याओं का निबटारा करने में लगे रहते है ।

 The Law Day was celebrated in the Supreme Court on 30 November 2023 in which Chief Justice of India Dr D Y Chandrachud and Honourable Arjun Ram Meghwal were the Chief Guests. The event felicitated lawyers who had completed their fifty years at the Bar. Those lawyers were also honored who have written books related to law . 

On this day, on the occasion of the birthday of Supreme Court President Dr. Adish Agarwala, Hon'ble Law Minister Shri Meghwal ji in favor of lawyers had made some announcements. 

Hon'ble Law Minister Sh. Meghwal ji clearly stated in his speech that today on the occasion of Adish Agarwala's birthday , I gift him as a gift, first, there is a problem of the insurance of  lawyers, we will sit with the companies and Adish Agarwala ji and talk to them about the in insurance of lawyers if lack of money ,this would be funded by Government. Secondly, there are insufficient chambers for the lawyers in the Bar, and the government will also fund for the new chambers to be created. Supreme Court President Adish Agarwala's hard work paid off by solving this problem.

Adish Aqrawala ji is the first President of the Bar who cared so much about the bar who is always ready for the interest of lawyers . 

 Social worker and Supreme Court advocate Sangita Talwar, who is an

associate with Sh. Adish Agarwala, constantly monitors his work. She told that President like Sh.  Adish Agarwala, who met with great luck, are engaged in thinking about how the  lawyers can be benefitted.

 Sangeeta Talwar told that Dr. Adesh Aggarwala ji does not think about himself and he is always surrounded by people, engaged in solving problems of lawyers.
